MI Child
Insurance for your children for
only $5.00 per month
MI Child will provide insurance for your children if they qualify.
The parent pays only $5.00 per month even when there may be more then one child
in the family. There are no co-pays and no deductibles. It provides regular
checkup, shots, emergency care, dental care, pharmacy, hospital care, vision\hearing,
and mental health services.
To qualify, children must:
Live in Michigan, even for a short time, be under
19 years old, and have no health insurance.
They also must live in a family with monthly income
under:
$1,800 for a family of two
$2,300 for a family of three
$2,800 for a family of four
$3,200 for a family of five
